High pressure waterblast with 40K psi all accessories
For industrial equipment, winning an order is only the beginning.
A successful project is not simply about delivering a high pressure waterblast machine to the customer. More importantly, it is about providing reliable equipment, professional technical support, and continuous after-sales service that customers can trust over the long term.
Recently, we received encouraging feedback from one of our customers in Indonesia. The customer is a shipyard using our high-pressure cleaning equipment for paint removal and rust removal (2500bar high pressure waterblast machine).
One Year of Comparison Before the Final Decision
The customer did not make the purchasing decision immediately.
For approximately one year, they compared different equipment and suppliers, carefully evaluating the performance, reliability, configuration, and overall suitability for their shipyard operations.
After this long comparison process, they finally decided to purchase the high pressure waterblast equipment from us.
For us, this was more than just another order. It was a recognition of our equipment quality and our ability to provide a suitable solution for demanding industrial applications.
More Than Six Months of Stable Operation
The high pressure waterblast machine has now been in operation for more than six months.
According to the customer’s feedback, the equipment has been running stably and delivering good cleaning results for their paint and rust removal work.
Shipyard maintenance can be a demanding application. Old paint, rust, corrosion, and other contaminants can be difficult to remove, requiring powerful and reliable high-pressure water jetting equipment.
Stable operation over an extended period is therefore an important indicator of the machine’s performance.
For us, the customer’s actual experience is more valuable than simply presenting specifications on a quotation sheet.
A New Order Planned for Next Year
The most encouraging feedback came after the customer had used the equipment in their daily operations.
Based on their positive experience with the existing machine, the customer is planning to purchase two more units of the same model next year.
A repeat order is one of the strongest forms of recognition a manufacturer can receive.
It means that the equipment has proven itself in a real working environment and that the customer is confident enough to choose the same solution again.Selling the Machine Is Not the End of the Sale
At CNJETTER, we believe that delivery does not mean the end of the sales process.
After the machine is delivered, we continue to follow up with the customer and pay attention to how the equipment is being used.
Some customers may have special operating requirements. Others may need reminders about maintenance, storage, or seasonal operation.
These details may seem small, but they can make a significant difference to the service life and reliability of high-pressure waterblast equipment.
Proactive After-Sales Service
For example, when winter approaches, we remind customers to pay particular attention to freeze protection and winterization.
If water remains inside the pump, pipes, hoses, or other components and the temperature drops below freezing, frozen water can potentially cause serious damage.
Therefore, before winter arrives, we proactively remind customers about the necessary anti-freezing procedures, including properly draining water from the high-pressure system and taking appropriate measures according to the local temperature and operating conditions.
We don’t wait for a customer to experience a problem before communicating with them.
Good after-sales service means thinking about potential problems before they happen.
Quality Builds Trust, Service Builds Long-Term Relationships
A high-pressure waterblast cleaning machine may be purchased once, but a trusted supplier can become a long-term business partner.
Good high pressure waterblast equipment provides the foundation. Professional service builds confidence. Continuous communication creates long-term relationships.
Our Indonesian shipyard project is a good example.
The customer spent a year comparing different solutions before placing the first order. After more than six months of actual operation, the equipment has remained stable and delivered satisfactory results. Now, they are planning to purchase two additional units of the same model.
This is exactly the kind of long-term relationship we aim to build with our customers.
A machine sold is not the end of a sale. It is the beginning of a partnership.
At CNJETTER, we focus on providing not only reliable high-pressure waterblast cleaning equipment, but also responsive technical support and long-term after-sales service.
Because ultimately, product quality gets the first order, but quality service and consistent performance
