Features:
The automatic water cooling lubrication system lubricates and cools various parts in the pressurized cylinder with water during the operation of the pump, such as water seals, plungers, etc., to ensure a longer service life of the parts. After the equipment exceeds 1.125 times the rated pressure, the safety valve automatically discharges to reduce the pressure to protect safety. This high pressure water jetting unit is equipped with a pressure regulating valve to adjust the working pressure. The power end transmission part is equipped with an oil forced lubrication mechanism and the oil pressure in the oil forced lubrication mechanism system can be adjusted. It can lubricate the bearings, crankshafts, bushes, connecting rods, crossheads, etc., so as to reduce the wear of each part assembly and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

The water seal adopts imported products from Germany, which has strong sealing effect, wear resistance and can withstand 400MPa working pressure. The pressure end adopts an integral pump head design, and the replacement of the valve plate, valve seat, water seal, etc. does not need to move the pump head and only takes 15 minutes, and it can be done independently by one person. The pressurizing end is designed with an automatic air exhaust system device. During the operation of the pump, the excess air generated in the pump head due to various reasons can be discharged from the pump body to avoid damage to the equipment.
The bearings of the power end transmission part are imported from Japan and have a long service life. The transmission part of the power end adopts built-in high-precision gear transmission, which is more energy-saving and has a more compact structure. The high-pressure pump sprints at 332rpm, the speed is low, and the thrust is greater.
