2000bar / 30000Psi High Pressure Water Blaster Exported to Serbia for Industrial Pipe Cleaning Automation System
In industrial cleaning, especially when dealing with stubborn deposits, concrete residue, industrial coatings, and pipe blockages, ultra-high pressure is the key to efficiency. We are pleased to announce that a 2000bar (30000Psi) High Pressure Water Blaster has been successfully manufactured, factory-accepted, and shipped to Serbia, where it will be integrated with the customer’s automated equipment to form a high-performance industrial pipe cleaning system.
An Automation Specialist in Industrial Pipe Cleaning
Our Serbian customer is a leading provider of industrial pipe cleaning solutions. They have their own automated cleaning equipment, serving industries such as petrochemical, municipal pipeline networks, and large-scale manufacturing. However, as cleaning challenges became more demanding, their existing system struggled to handle ultra-high pressure requirements, hard-scale layers, and certain special industrial residues.
Providing the “High-Pressure Heart” for an Automated System
The customer needed a high-pressure water blaster that could seamlessly integrate with their automation equipment. Key requirements included:
Pressure rating: Must deliver a stable 2000bar / 30000Psi to strip compacted deposits from pipe interiors.
Flow rate compatibility: Flow parameters had to match their nozzles and automated mechanisms to ensure cleaning efficiency and safety.
Control system: The unit had to support remote start/stop, pressure adjustment, and emergency shutdown for easy integration into their central control system.
After detailed technical discussions, we recommended our 2000bar / 30000Psi High Pressure Water Blaster. This model features a German-technology pump head, high-strength stainless steel valve block, and a dual filtration system. Designed for continuous industrial operation, it perfectly meets the customer’s demands for durability and reliability.
On-Site Trial: Winning Trust with Real Performance
When our customer visited our factory for an on-site trial. We connected all pipes and nozzles according to the client’s request before their arrival, which saved their time. Because our client has a compact itinerary on this China visit.
The machine started smoothly and ramped up from 0 to 2000bar. As the ultra high pressure water jet passed through the customer’s own rotating nozzle, the stubborn deposits were stripped away in a single pass, revealing bare metal. Flow rate was stable, pressure showed no drop, and there was no leakage or abnormal vibration on the machine. Our customer gave a thumbs-up and said in English: This is exactly what we need. The pressure is real, and the build quality is solid.
The customer was very satisfied with the trial results, signed the acceptance documents on the spot, and spoke highly of the machine’s performance, safety features (such as the safety relief valve and burst-proof hose), and user-friendly interface.
Smooth Shipment: From Our Factory to Serbia
Immediately after the trial, we packed the main unit, high-pressure hoses, and accessories with moisture-proof treatment according to export standards and arranged shipment to Serbia. The equipment has already arrived safely at the customer’s facility and is being integrated and commissioned with their automation system.
We believe this 2000bar High Pressure Water Blaster will become the powerhouse of their automated pipe cleaning line, enabling them to take on more demanding and higher-value industrial cleaning projects.
Why Choose a 2000bar / 30000Psi High Pressure Water Blaster?
For industrial pipe cleaning, conventional 500bar or 1000bar machines maybe can not efficiently remove sintered scale, epoxy coatings, hard deposits, or concrete build-up. A 2000bar / 30000Psi ultra-high pressure water jet offers clear advantages:
1. Dramatically higher efficiency: The energy density of the water jet is extremely high, breaking down scale immediately upon contact no repeated passes needed.
2. Eco-friendly and energy-saving: Uses only pure water, no chemicals, and consumes less energy than mechanical scraping.
3. Automation-ready: Easily integrates with robotic arms, crawlers, rotating nozzles, and other automated devices for unattended continuous cleaning.
4. Wide range of applications: Ideal for heat exchanger tube bundles, long-distance pipelines, ship paint removal, concrete demolition, and other heavy industrial tasks.
